Contract to Hire position based in Belmont, NC.
About the role
Support Accounts Payable functions across two locations within a manufacturing environment, operating within Infor Syteline ERP.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices
- Code invoices appropriately
- Route documentation correctly
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving records
- Maintain vendor information
- Operate within Infor Syteline ERP
- Support AP functions across two locations
Requirements
- Intermediate-level experience
- Experience as primary or sole AP resource
- Experience supporting multiple facilities
- Small-to-medium business experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Infor Syteline (nice to have but not required)
- Aerospace/Defense exposure (not required)
Pay
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
