About the role

Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices for payment to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data.
• Experience with inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
