Accounts Payable Manager

Location: West Charlotte, NC • Industry: HVAC distribution

About the role

Oversee day-to-day AP operations in a high-volume environment for a $100M+ business. Manage three direct reports in a family-oriented, team-focused culture that values ownership and process improvement over corporate formality.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and payments
• Manage vendor accounts and perform reconciliations
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain strong internal controls
• Train and support the AP team while improving processes
• Work in ERP/accounting software and Excel

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven ability to take ownership and lead a small team

Pay

$70,000 – $75,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus

Schedule

Fully onsite; choose one of three shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
