Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable operations processing 60,000-70,000 invoices per month.
• Lead and develop a management team consisting of 3 direct reports and approximately 20-22 indirect reports.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Lead AP integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and timely vendor payments.
• Partner with finance and operational leaders to support organizational growth and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Progressive Accounts Payable leadership experience within a large, complex organization.
• Experience leading high-volume AP operations in a multi-billion-dollar company.
• Proven success managing managers and large teams.
• Experience integrating Accounts Payable functions during acquisitions or organizational expansions.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of driving process improvements and operational transformation.
