Accounts Payable Clerk – Entry Level

About the role

TESIM Electric is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk – Entry Level to help process vendor invoices and maintain accurate payable records. TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, code, and route invoices for review and approval
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams about missing information
• Maintain organized records and assist with statement review and routine reconciliations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–2 years of accounts payable, bookkeeping, office, retail cash office, or data-entry experience
• Basic Excel and strong numerical accuracy
• Integrity, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through
