What You'll DoAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play an important role in supporting our accounting operations by:Processing and entering vendor invoices in a high-volume environmentOpening, sorting, scanning, and organizing incoming mail and documentsLearning how to properly code invoices to cost centers and general ledger accountsResearching and resolving vendor payment questions and discrepanciesReviewing vendor statements and maintaining accurate recordsMonitoring outstanding payments and assisting with payment follow-upCoding company credit card transactions and tracking missing receiptsPreparing journal entries and assisting with month-end accounting activitiesSupporting project managers and vendors with exceptional customer serviceContributing ideas to improve processes and efficiencyAssisting with special projects and reporting as needed What We're Looking ForAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferredRecent graduates encouraged to applyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working with numbers and financial informationBasic Microsoft Excel and computer skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilities Ready to Take the Next Step?If you're eager to gain valuable accounting experience, develop your skills, and join a team that invests in your growth, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and start building your future in accounting!
