Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk Cuyahoga Falls, OH 6 Month Contract Fully Onsite We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to provide temporary support to its accounting team. This individual will assist with an existing invoice and document backlog while supporting ongoing day-to-day accounts payable processing. The ideal candidate will have previous AP experience, be comfortable working in a manual processing environment, and be able to get up to speed quickly with limited ramp-up time. Experience within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred due to the importance of three-way matching in this role. Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities Process approximately 120 invoices per weekAssist with clearing an existing AP and document backlogPerform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoicesComplete manual invoice and data entry within EpicorSupport ongoing day-to-day accounts payable processingReview and reconcile AP information using ExcelIdentify discrepancies and ensure invoice information is accurate before processingMaintain organized and accurate AP documentationWork independently while coordinating with the accounting team as needed Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications Previous Accounts Payable experience requiredExperience with three-way matching strongly preferredManufacturing AP experience strongly preferredComfortable working with a high volume of invoices and documentsStrong attention to detail and data-entry accuracyWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel; advanced formulas are not requiredEpicor experience is helpful but not requiredAbility to learn processes quickly and work independently with limited ramp-upStrong organizational and time-management skills Hunter International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
