What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized accounting files and records
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and account inquiries
- Aid with month-end closing tasks and reporting
- Collaborate with the office manager and accounting team to support daily operations
- Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
- Previous accounts payable or dealership accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
