Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our small, dynamic accounting team of six individuals. You will work closely with a controller, CFO, staff accountant, and other analysts, covering accounts payable responsibilities and gaining exposure to executive leadership in a close-knit environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform three-way match for purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
• Process purchase orders and ensure correct entry into the system.
• Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Handle invoice processing with accuracy and attention to detail.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounts payable and accounting principles.
• Experience with invoicing and reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of purchase order and invoice processing.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with three-way and two-way match processes.

Pay

$30.00 - $30.00/hr.
