Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Administrator assists and supports the accounting team with financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts. The AP Administrator must work in a collaborative manner with co-workers and have strong organizational skills. This role is designated as a fully onsite position at the project level.
Responsibilities
- Process payments to subcontractors and employee expense reimbursement
- Review invoices and reconcile vendor statements
- Research and correct discrepancies
- Comply with internal controls and company policies
- Maintain filing of invoice payments and supporting documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in construction industry

Pay
Salary range: USD $51,375.00 – $68,000.00 per year
