Accounts Payable / Accounts Recievable / Payroll Clerk

About the role

We are a growing company and need experienced, happy personnel who want to join a successful team.

Responsibilities

• Code & process accounts payable invoices
• Reconcile accounts payable statements
• Process Payroll
• Accounts Receivable
• Collect Accounts Receivable payments and send out statements monthly
• Set up vendors as necessary, ensuring required W-9, insurance, etc. is obtained
• Run weekly and semi-monthly payroll

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable experience, preferable from auto industry
• Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience processing payroll
• Understand general accounting rules and guidelines

Skills

• CDK experience is preferred, but not required
