Accounting Supervisor – General Ledger & Financial Reporting

Role: Accounting Supervisor within the Chemicals division, responsible for leading core accounting operations in the Finance, Accounting & Administration department. Key Responsibilities Oversee general ledger activities, month-end closing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.Supervise a small accounting team, reviewing journal entries and supporting audit processes.Collaborate with operations to analyze costs and margins for informed decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and internal controls.Experience supervising accounting teams and managing financial processes.Ability to support audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.Collaborative mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
