What You Will Do
- Mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day activities
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Analyze complex financial reports and records
- Provide client recommendations based on analysis of financials
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client engagements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred
- 4+ years of related accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Accounting CS) and the ability to learn new software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members
