Accounting Supervisor

About the role

bhm CPA Group is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, supervise staff, and ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, and tax
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for multiple entities
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and feedback
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel Skills; QuickBooks experience a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
