A well-established Arizona-based organization is seeking an Accounting Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands-on role, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants exposure to a variety of accounting functions across multiple business entities.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities
• Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely posting
• Monitor and record banking transactions
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Manage corporate credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or staff accounting experience
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Experience supporting month-end close activities
