About the role

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data is available for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
