Responsibilities
- Configure, set up, and test building control systems in commercial buildings
- Monitor energy usage and drive sustainability
- Develop proficiency in key areas of building controls, including pneumatic, electronic, energy management systems, lighting control systems, computerized control systems, and communication networks
- Gain the ability to write and implement software code that aligns with project scopes, specifications, and functional requirements
- Conduct thorough testing of mechanical equipment and control system components, documenting results and promptly resolving any issues to ensure optimal system functionality
Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems, mechanical system controls, and building automation systems
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service combined with a strong desire to learn and further your expertise in building control systems, including configuration, programming, startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control components, networks, and systems

- Compensation range: $90,000 - $160,000 annually with company vehicle

Pay
- Controls Specialist: $90,000 - $117,000 annually
- Senior Controls Specialist: $122,000 - $160,000 annually
