Accounting Specialist (AP/AR)

Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience1+ year of Accounts Receivable experienceExperience processing high-volume invoices (200+ monthly)Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way matchingExperience working with ERP systemsStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills What You'll Do Process PO and non-PO invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform 3-way matching and investigate pricing, quantity, and receiving discrepanciesPartner closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Accounting teams to resolve invoice issuesSupport a high-volume AP environment processing approximately 450-1,000 invoices per monthCode, enter, and process invoices within the ERP systemProcess employee expense reports and maintain supporting documentationPost customer payments and cash receiptsGenerate and distribute customer invoices and shipping documentationSupport B2B collections activities through email and phone follow-upInvestigate and resolve billing, payment, and account discrepanciesReview and validate invoices captured through automated accounting toolsMaintain accurate records and provide day-to-day accounting supportAssist with month-end activities and provide backup support across the accounting teamCommunicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholdersTake ownership of issues and drive them through resolution What We're Looking For 3-5 years of accounting experience preferredStrong Accounts Payable experience requiredAccounts Receivable experience preferredExperience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plusBasic Excel skills, including formulas, simple calculations, and data reviewManufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based industry experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyStrong 10-key and data entry skills with a high level of accuracyDegree not required; relevant experience is valued over formal education!Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn new systems and processes Why Join Us?
