In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while working in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities: Process and post incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and credit card transactionsGenerate and distribute accurate customer invoices in a timely mannerMonitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances and past-due accountsCommunicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issuesReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted forCollaborate with sales and operations teams to address account-related inquiriesAssist with month-end closing processes and AR reporting Requirements: 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting roleProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeepingExcellent communication skills for professional customer and vendor interactionsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredExperience in distribution, wholesale, or logistics industry is a plus About Us: Badlands Distribution Inc is a trusted distribution company proudly serving the Fargo, ND region and beyond.
