Accounting Professional for Service Vendor Management

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate vendor invoices for accuracy and process for payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and work with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Work with vendors to obtain missing required documents and process when received.
• Maintain purchase orders based on contractual requirements.
• Be the first point of contact for any technical or process questions from the team.

Requirements

• Agent for change supporting continuous improvement environment.
• Experienced in all aspects of accounts payable.
• Experienced in customer billing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI).
• Familiar with SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of accounts payable or billing experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage time and prioritize.
• Solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, interacts favorably with others, and maintains positive relationships.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $79,660 - $109,527. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position in our Cary, NC office.
