Senior Accounting & Office Coordinator SmartTalent is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting & Office Coordinator to lead daily accounting, reporting, and administrative operations for a well-established retail business. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate financial data within QuickBooks, building reporting dashboards in Power BI, and overseeing key office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks and Power BI experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand the unique demands of a retail business. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, delivering actionable reporting to management, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors, management, and store personnel. LOCATION: Redmond, WASCHEDULE: Part-Time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 2:00pmPAY: $28 - $32 depending on experienceBENEFITS OFFERED: Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timelinessVerify invoice details, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues with vendorsMaintain and audit financial data within QuickBooks and other company systemsLead account reconciliations and recordkeepingBuild and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI for management reviewPrepare advanced reports and spreadsheets as requested by managementMaintain organized electronic and paper filing systemsOversee inventory-related recordkeeping and retail reportingProvide general office and administrative support to the management team, including guidance to junior staff as needed Qualifications 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experiencePrevious experience working in a retail environment requiredStrong proficiency with QuickBooksExperience building reports/dashboards in Power BI requiredExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills SmartTalent Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
