Accounting Manager

Role: The Manager, Accounting is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end accounts payable process, managing and developing the AP team, and ensuring accurate financial reporting through reconciliations and variance analysis. Key Responsibilities: Own AP functions including invoice processing, vendor payments, and internal controls to prevent fraud.Streamline workflows through process redesign and automation initiatives.Support vendor management, including onboarding and dispute resolution.Coordinate with internal teams on payments, audits, and cross-functional projects.Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with US GAAP.Lead team performance, goal-setting, and professional development. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.5-7 years of accounting experience, with expertise in accrual accounting.Strong knowledge of US GAAP and advanced Excel skills.Experience with NetSuite and Zip is advantageous.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
