About the role
The Manager, Accounting oversees the accounts payable functions, manages and develops the AP team, and ensures accurate financial reporting through reconciliations and variance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AP processes
- Enforce internal controls
- Streamline workflows via automation and process improvements
- Manage P-Card and T&E programs
- Coordinate vendor payments
- Support vendor management
- Assist with audit requests

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Expertise in accrual accounting
- Familiarity with NetSuite
