Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and support management with financial information.
- Maintain fixed assets, assist with tax filings, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP.
- Support internal and external audits and help improve accounting processes and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience; CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Pay
Salary for the Senior Accountant is up to $90k/year based on experience.
