Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday during standard business hours. Occasional additional hours may be required during month-end, year-end, audit, or budgeting cycles.

Pay

Salary Range: $95,000–$130,000 annually (including bonus). $2,500 hiring bonus after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day accounting function and provide guidance to the accounting team.
• Deliver accurate monthly financial statements and reports that support sound business decisions.
• Partner with company leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, tax reporting, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and work with external financial partners and government agencies as needed.
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial reporting practices.
• Develop accounting policies that support efficiency, accuracy, and long-term business growth.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to company leadership by providing timely analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Previous experience leading or supervising an accounting team.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Experience overseeing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships across departments and communicate financial information to non-financial leaders.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic financial planning.
