Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager is a crucial role that oversees all accounting functions across two small companies. This position requires a hands-on approach to managing full-cycle accounting, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining efficient processes. Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for two companies with combined revenues of $5MM-$7MM
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Process payroll accurately and timely
• Conduct reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Prepare financial statements on a quarterly basis
• Provide support for budgeting initiatives
• Track and manage invoices effectively
• Ensure timely payments and collections
• Support financial realignment and debt reduction efforts

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• Full-cycle accounting experience
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
• Payroll processing experience
• Reconciliation experience
• Financial statement preparation experience
• Experience in a small business environment
• Budgeting and forecasting experience is preferred
• Process improvement experience is preferred
• Audit and tax preparation support experience is preferred
• Ability to operate independently is preferred
