Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business required 6+ years of progressive accounting experience 3+ years of management experience with direct reports Strong financial reporting preparation Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Overview Experience with Oracle similar ERP systems preferred We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join a growing, manufacturing organization with approximately $150–200M in revenue. This role will be instrumental in strengthening financial reporting processes, internal controls, and communication with Finance teams Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPrepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flowManage financial reporting under GAAPSupport budgeting and forecasting in partnership with executive leadership and FP&AManage and develop a team of 3 direct reportsCoordinate with external auditors and support audit processesServe as the primary liaison for financial reporting to the international parent companyDrive process improvements, particularly within ERP environment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, CA. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
