Accounting Intern

Job Description We are seeking a college student pursuing an accounting degree for a fall accounting internship at our corporate office in Farmington Hills. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate classes. The accounting intern will gain hands-on experience assisting with job cost accounting, financial reporting, annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations, and special projects as needed. Requirements Essential Skills and Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in accounting.Basic understanding of accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
