Responsibilities

• Aid in the preparation and review of journal entries
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
• Analyze spending and financial data to identify variances
• Maintain and review ERP system records
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assist with process improvement projects and documentation
• Gain exposure to the financial side of a manufacturing organization

Requirements

• Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Self-motivated learner who enjoys problem-solving and working with data
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in a position subject to ITAR requirements
• Paid internship
• Part-time schedule during the Fall 2026 semester
