Essential Responsibilities
- Aid in preparing operational data and maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the month end closing and financial reporting process, including account analysis and reconciliation.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive growth, strategy, and profitability initiatives.
- Develop and analyze financial plans and forecasts, comparing actual results to plans.
- Ensure inventory balances match asset accounting records.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations.
- Handle CAPEX processing and follow up reviews for ROI.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Review employee credit card charges.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in working with diverse groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of organizational structures and the ability to quickly grasp new information.
- A keen eye for detail and persistence in completing tasks.
