Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and business performance.
• Perform budget-to-actual and variance analysis while identifying trends and opportunities.
• Partner with operational leaders to communicate financial results and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Analyze profitability across multiple business units and recommend operational improvements.
• Develop financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement projects that drive efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial analysis experience (candidates who are on the cusp of a Senior-level promotion are encouraged to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and business partnering.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to both finance and non-finance professionals.
