Accounting & Finance Recruiter (On-site)

About the role

This individual will be responsible for recruiting top accounting and finance professionals across a variety of levels, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for accounting and finance positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Cook up and coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Present qualified candidates and provide market insights, salary trends, and hiring recommendations.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within accounting and finance.
• Experience recruiting positions such as Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Financial Analyst, FP&A, Controller, Accounting Clerk, and Finance leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred Experience: Recruiting agency or staffing experience is highly preferred. Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and executive leadership. Knowledge of accounting and finance terminology and career paths.
