About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Recruiter to join their team in Tempe, AZ. This hybrid opportunity offers $40/hr and is a contract to hire. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruiting for finance and accounting positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, and sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourced and screened qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Coordinated interviews and communicated with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partnered with hiring managers to fill accounting and finance positions quickly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Required qualifications

• Experience recruiting for accounting and finance positions.
• Previous recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
