Finance/Accounting Sourcing Recruiter

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Sourcing Recruiter to support hiring for a large corporate Finance and Global Business Services organization. This role focuses on proactive candidate generation, building talent pipelines, and identifying top finance and accounting professionals in an onsite capacity in Arlington, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top finance and accounting talent.
• Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through market research, networking, referrals, and various sourcing channels.
• Source for all skillsets under Accounting and Finance, including some tax hiring.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification conversations to evaluate skills and experience.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, supporting upwards of 30 open roles at a given time.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and market insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and hiring stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on Finance and Accounting talent.
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong sourcing experience, with a background in non-tech corporate recruiting.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Audit, Tax, or Treasury functions.
• Ability to leverage recruiting metrics and data to drive sourcing decisions.
• Experience supporting large-scale corporate recruiting initiatives.
