Responsibilities
- Own the month-end close and financial reporting process
- Oversee general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and accounting operations
- Lead process improvement, automation, and internal control initiatives
- Research and address technical accounting matters and compliance requirements
- Manage audits and support financial reporting accuracy and integrity
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
Requirements
- Progressive accounting leadership experience with strong general ledger expertise
- Prior experience managing and developing accounting teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred; nonprofit accounting and NetSuite experience are highly desirable
Pay
$110,000–$132,000 base + discretionary bonus up to 10%
