What You’ll Do
- Day-to-day activities of projects including provider data management, data analysis, time management, inputting and processing invoices in our Workday system.
- Month-end and year-end tasks including 1099 preparation, and various audit duties.
- Research vendor/supplier cards within Workday.
- Work with large Excel data files.
- Assists Staff Accountant with payfiles, payment processing, and bank reviews such as positive pay and check-cashing verifications.
- Balance and reconcile accounts payable disbursements each month and post to the general ledger.
- Research and resolve issues related to vendor/supplier cards.
Attributes for Success
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to work accurately with numerical detail.
