Accounting Consultant

Job Summary

KBW Financial Staffing is assisting a $30 million manufacturer in Manchester, NH that requires an Accounting Manager/Senior Accountant to handle project work and backlog. Key responsibilities include performing complex account reconciliations, assisting with cleanup projects, responding to corporate audits and reporting requests, and supporting the AR and AP teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex account reconciliations for GL accounts and bank/cash reconciliations
• Aid in cleanup projects and process improvements
• Respond to requests from corporate on audits and reporting
• Support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance/Business, preferred
• Excellent systems skills, recent experience with mid to larger sized ERP systems, advanced Excel
• 5+ years experience in a similar role

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial systems and software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency
• ERP system experience
• Account reconciliation and audit support

Pay

$40 to $45 per hour
