Accounting Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Lead revenue accounting activities by overseeing processes and ensuring accurate recognition of revenue across reporting periods.
• Provide guidance on complex revenue transactions and support compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage and mentor accounting teams while driving performance and accountability.
• Support financial reporting requirements, including regulatory filings and audit processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in revenue accounting within large or publicly traded organizations.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Previous experience supporting regulatory compliance, including internal controls and reporting obligations.
• Background in technology or similar fast-paced industries.
• Prior experience managing teams and leading accounting functions.
