Accounting Consultant
About the role
We need a high-level Accounting Consultant with public company experience for a contract role with one of our clients in Denver! This role will be 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, lasting at least 5 months.
Responsibilities
- Rolling up your sleeves to dig into the general ledger
- Recording accounting transactions, creating new and recurring journal entries
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Varying ad hoc projects
Requirements
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- BA/BS in Accounting
- Strong SAP system experience
- Experience working for a public company
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA preferred
