Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices, receipts, and payments promptly and accurately.
- Perform data entry and reconcile accounts to ensure correctness and completeness.
- Aid in preparing financial reports and documentation as required by management.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Adhere to company policies and accounting principles to maintain financial integrity.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or finance preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
