Accounting Clerk

About the role

This entry-level Accounting Clerk opportunity is ideal for someone who’s accurate, curious, and ready to roll with changes while the team improves processes.

Responsibilities

• Run and process payments accurately
• Research invoice/payment discrepancies and resolve issues
• Issue refunds and document transactions properly
• Partner with Customer Service and Sales (including the Florida team) to support billing needs

Requirements

• 6+ months of related clerical/accounting experience (degree not required)
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numbers
• Accurate, patient, and able to adapt to change (“roll with the punches”)
• Team-oriented with initiative to learn and cross-train
