Commitment

• Minimum 3 hours per week (remote)
• One team meeting per week (remote)
• All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah

Key Responsibilities

• Helps define budget
• Works with Vendor ChairMom to price vendor booths
• Helps determine price of admission tickets
• Keeps the books
• Sends invoices as necessary
• Determines who qualifies for what amount of scholarships

Time Commitment & Expectations

Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.
