Accounting Associate, Accounts Payable
Routine AP Accounting Activities
- Verify and code high volumes of vendor invoices to be submitted for payment.
- Electronically route invoices to internal team members for approval and processing.
- Cook with vendors and internal team members to reconcile and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
Qualifications
- We are seeking applicants with a local presence in Knoxville, TN or the surrounding communities.
- This position does not support immigration sponsorship.
- To be considered you must have the legal right to work in United States without additional sponsorship.
- Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
- An associate degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
- Accounts Payable experience is preferred.
- General Ledger experience is preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required.

- Respond to inquiries via e-mail and phone calls.
