Accounting Assistant, Intercompany
Job Summary
DSV is a global leader in transport and logistics, founded in 1976. This position is available in the USA, specifically in Iselin, Wood Ave, under the Air & Sea division. The Intercompany AP Assistant role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Excel. Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of Agent balances, both AR and AP
- Tracking invoices within defined payment cycle, ensuring timely recording and settlement
- Researching and resolving disputed invoices
- Delivering weekly status reports to various stakeholders
- Handling multiple entities, accounts, and currency postings
- Preparing settlements in various currencies
- Maintaining A/R and A/P aging statements, advising on status and providing recommendations
- Post invoices in Operational System
- Developing strong relationships with operators and approvers
- Reviewing profit and loss on a shipment level

Compensation and Benefits
The expected base pay range for this position is $20.75-$27.75/hour. Actual compensation is determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
