We are currently seeking the right candidate to join our team as the Accounting Assistant - Part Time Position. Looking for the right candidate with a background in bookkeeping and accounting! As The Accounting Assistant, Your Responsibilities Will Include Working closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office Assists Business Office Manager with projects/assignments as neededProcessing accounts payables for Bismarck and Sioux Falls locations Processing payroll for Bismarck and Sioux Falls locations (semi-monthly) Human Resource responsibilities to include onboarding, HCM management, I9 compliance, background checks The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience processing payroll Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with Accounts PayableExcellent time-management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks A genuine interest in working with a senior population Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and staff members.
