Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete daily and month-end reconciliations
- Post journal entries
- Data entry for various Excel reports
- Research as requested
- Assist manager in gathering information requested by auditors
- Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Outlook desired with the ability to learn a variety of other software programs
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
- Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized, detailed, and able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy
- Perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
Physical Requirements
- Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports
- Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
- Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials
- Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
