Accounting Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor outstanding vendor balances and other unresolved items.
- Verify that all required approvals and documentation have been received; proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records of documents, and supporting materials.
- Aid with reporting, record maintenance, and general office support duties.
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
