About The Job
You will play a key role in supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to apply your analytical and problem-solving skills in managing financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and contributing to critical reporting processes. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure compliance and help drive continuous improvement in financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support financial audits and ensure supplier compliance through thorough review and documentation.
- Manage and process Accounts Payable for construction projects, including delegation of approvals and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and investigate any reconciling items or discrepancies.
- Aid in the financial close process by preparing and submitting journal entries and monitoring accounts payable activities.
- Provide expert guidance on company policies and procedures to internal teams and business operators.
- Handle various administrative tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the accounting department.
Requirements

- Educational requirement: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
