About the Role

As a Consultant at Crowe, you will join a dynamic business focused on solving problems for clients through innovative solutions. As you grow, you will take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support the delivery of high-impact work. Developing account leadership—understanding client needs, ensuring delivery excellence, and building trusted partnerships—is key to success in this role.

Within the Accounting Advisory team, you will help clients address complex business needs by analyzing data and delivering tailored business and technology solutions. Responsibilities include supporting financial statement preparation and analysis, transforming accounting processes, implementing new accounting standards, conducting fieldwork, preparing workpapers, discussing findings with client management, and developing professional reports. You will also advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting new accounting standards, and assessing financial and operational risk.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and deliver tailored business and technology solutions to address complex client needs.
  • Support financial statement preparation and analysis, accounting process transformation, and implementation of new accounting standards.
  • Conduct fieldwork, prepare workpapers to support conclusions, and discuss findings with client management.
  • Develop clear, professional reports in various formats.
  • Advise clients on enhancing internal controls, interpreting and applying new accounting standards, and assessing financial and operational risk.
  • Collaborate across teams and leverage technology, including AI, to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, contribute to account strategy, and support high-impact delivery.

Requirements

  • On track to meet CPA eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation.
  • Strong academic performance and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data analysis tools.
  • Relevant work experience through internships, part-time jobs, or campus involvement.
  • Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and in team settings.
  • Willingness to travel, with expectations varying by role.

Qualifications

  • College seniors or graduate students graduating within the next year, pursuing degrees in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to launch a career in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $27.00 - $42.00 per hour, taking into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
