Accounting Advisory - Associate

The team addresses capital markets, technical accounting, and operational needs under US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability through senior-level participation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in audit and/or industry accounting
• Working knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS)
• Experience with accounting research and writing
• Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments
• Strong analytical rigor and written/verbal communication skills
• Interest in participating in internal and external initiatives (e.g., community service, training, recruiting, firm events)

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on navigating business transformations using accounting expertise
• Conduct research and analysis for complex accounting and finance challenges tied to business changes
• Partner directly with clients to support needs and deliver high-quality projects
• Develop memos, analyses, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to execute workstreams and meet deadlines

Pay

Compensation Range: $75,000 – $113,000
