Accounting Advisory - Associate

The team addresses capital markets, technical accounting, and operational needs under US GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability through senior-level participation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in audit and/or industry accounting
- Working knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP, GAAS, and/or IFRS)
- Experience with accounting research and writing
- Passion for developing and maintaining client relationships
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, ever-changing environments
- Strong analytical rigor and written/verbal communication skills
- Interest in participating in internal and external initiatives (e.g., community service, training, recruiting, firm events)
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on navigating business transformations using accounting expertise
- Conduct research and analysis for complex accounting and finance challenges tied to business changes
- Partner directly with clients to support needs and deliver high-quality projects
- Develop memos, analyses, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
- Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to execute workstreams and meet deadlines

Pay
Compensation Range: $75,000 – $113,000
